(The following terms and conditions contain legal information regarding your rights under the regulations on contracts, in distance selling and electronic business transactions)


Your access to and use to this website is governed by these terms and conditions of sale. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use www.elfenfamilie.de


By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.


Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions (AGB) apply to all deliveries from www.elfenfamilie-shop.de to consumers (§ 13 BGB).


A consumer is defined as any person who enters into a legal transaction, for a purpose outside the course of your business or trade

In rare cases, and despite our best efforts, product information might occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products, descriptions and prices on the site are subject to change at any time without notice.


Terms of Sale

By clicking on the Order/Buy/Purchase button, you are placing a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. You are representing that all information you provide in connection with such order is true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.


The purchase contract is entered into when we accept your order, by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail, immediately after receiving your order.


We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever.


In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.


If we are unable to supply you with a product you have ordered, for example, if the product is out of stock or because of an error in the price on our website, or inability to authorise your payment, we will inform you of this by email or telephone and the Contract will terminate. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.


There is no obligation to deliver on our part. If there are delivery difficulties, you will be informed immediately and an appropriate solution will be suggested.


In the event of an unauthorized direct debit purchase, in addition to the fees charged by the banks, we will charge a handling fee of 5, - €.


Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.


Shipping is done by DHL.

Shipping costs within Germany are 5,- €

Shipping within the EU us 10,- .

Self-collection is only possible after prior arrangement.

All shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Shipping costs for resellers are calculated accordingly in the basket.



The delivery is carried out within your delivery area with the service provider, selected when ordering.

Payment can be made by advance payment, direct debit or PayPal.

Warranty and Liability


We will not be liable for any defect in the product arising from fair wear and tear, failure by you to follow specific care instructions, wilful damage, abnormal storage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or any alteration or repair made by you or a third party.


Cancellation Policy


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract with us under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your right to cancel a Contract begins on the date you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the product you have ordered.



You may cancel your contract within 14 days, without giving reasons, in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail). Please include details of your order to help us identify it. We will send you an email to confirm we have received your notification of cancellation.


The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of withdrawal

Products must be returned in their original condition. We may reduce any refund, due to you, to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, due to how you have handled it.


For the deterioration of the goods and for the use of the goods, you must only pay compensation if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. The term "testing of the properties and functionality" means the testing and trying out of the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail shop.


Goods that can be sent as a parcel are to be returned at your risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you.


Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.


Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us or for delays in your return reaching our warehouse. We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and obtain a proof of receipt.



We will usually refund any money due to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
